What we do
At Chosen Hearts, we are dedicated to uplifting individuals and communities through compassion, connection, and empowerment. We work tirelessly to support those facing hardship. Our work focuses on creating safe spaces, fostering hope, and building lasting relationships that inspire change.
We Find & Support
We are in search of opportunities to help as many men, women, and children as possible. As we recognize a hardship we will address them with each essential & care according to the individual need(s).
We Provide Care
In life we go through various and spontaneous hardships, all in need of different care. We are here to provide mental, physical and spiritual care according to the individuals need(s).
We Educate
In preparation for building a better tomorrow within our communities, we will provide resources to edify, feed, and direct individuals to greatness.
We Empower
We strive to bring awareness and solutions to community needs. Our team will be equipped to lead people into understanding the importance of a village.
